TAURANGA NEWS.
There "was a large attendance at the annual meeting of the Tauranga Batchelors' Club. The balance-sheet showed a credit of £ 1 14/. Mr. A. A. Stewart was re-elected president; Miss S. A. Ibbetson and F. J- McLaughlin, joint secretaries; and Mr. B. K. Gifford, treasurer. Subscriptions were fixed at £1 15/ for brothers and 10/ for approved junior members. It was decided to hold the annual ball on July 15.
