Following upon t»he execution of three railway experts l»?t week 29 shareholders in the Rug sian railways lave now been arrested They have been described as "cuff a nd collar" men. Defendants are c harged with having dismantled locomotives and sold them as scrap iron. Furi hermore, it is stated that, as members a f the Board of Administration, they ha id drafted a plan to introduce large '. locomotives, which would necessitate tl e rebuilding of all the bridges on the n ailways. It has been decide -d to shoot five of the accused, and to imprison the remainder.
