No «.; dates were fixed. \ Mr. W. J. Davidson mentioned the .possibility of a match against the Australian team which, will pass through Auckland on its way to England later ■in the season. It was reported that v the N.Z. Council was negotiating with ;' the Australian Board of Control for a • game against Auckland. A letter from the Devonport Club, . complaining about, the.: theft of a senior grade vap from the Carlaw Park dressing sheds, was referred to the grounds . : committee. The Otahuhu Trotting Club offered the use of two. playing-grounds on its ; property at Mangere. It was decided to : thank the club. . . ' Permission was granted to T. Peckham, of Ponsonby, to play for Kingsland 'on' Saturday, provided the former club : endorsed the clearance. • The New Zealand Rugby League advised the approval of the following reinstatements:— J. N. Donaldson, W. McGonaglc, and J. McCloskey.
