ROAD BOARD ANNUAL MEETINGS.
I would like through the medium of your paper to draw the attention of the Boskill ratepayers to the way in which the annua.! meeting was called this year. This meeting was held at noon on May 1. I contend that this is wrong. It should be held at eight o clock m the evening. I might say that I was the only ratepayer who attended the meeting. It was stated that if the meeting was held m the evening this would be illegal, but I see that the One Tree Hill district is having its meeting at eight in the evening. JAMES PATTERSON, JUNTt.
