THE AUCKLAND MEETING.
Beau Cavalier was scratched for the Great Northern Steeplechase at 10.45 a.m. to-day. Matn, who won the Marton Steeplechase on Saturday, has been raised 51b, making his weight 9.5, by Mr. F. McManemin, for the Great Northern Steeplechase. The handicapper has decided not to rehandicap Troilus, who won at Oamaru on Saturday, and is engaged in the Great Northern Hurdle Race at 9.1.
