ELIMINATING STATIC.
SOUTHERNER'S INVENTION. PERFECT RESULTS CLAIMED, j (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) [ INVERCARGILL, this day. ' A method designed to eliminate static, atmospherics and blurring with opposition sets has been invented by an Invercargill man, who has been engaged for the past three years in perfecting it. The inventor .has used .the apparatus under all teste, and is absolutely satisfied with the results it produces. He claims that\ all local electrical disturbances, such as) those caused by trams, power plants and/ neighbours' sets, have been eliminated.
