EASY VICTORY FOR MR. TROUP. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, Wednesday. Although, the returns are incomplete the re-election of Mr. G. A. Troup as Mayor of Wellington by a large majority is assured. The figures are:— G. A. Troup 13,595 W. Sash.
