MAY DECLINE HIS SEAT.
DISAPPOINTED COUNCILLOR, (By. Telegraph.—Press Association.) PALMERSTON N., Wednesday. After the result of the election for the Palmerst'on North Borough Council was known, Mr. W. Milverton, whose name appeared at the 'bottom of the list of successful candidates, intimated that he would not take his seat. He said he was disappointed in the support accorded him.
