SEVEN YEARS CHAIRMAN.

TRIBUTE TO MR. H. R. MACKENZIE

Tribute was paid to Mr. H. K. Mackenzie, retiring chairman of the Auckland Harbour Board, at yesterday's fifty-seventh annual meeting of the board.
