CLOSER UNION SCHEME.
(British Official Wireless.) RUGBY, April 10. Sir Samuel Wilson, Permanent UnderSecretary for the Colonies, left London this afternoon for East Africa. There he will confer with the local Governments and representatives of unofficial opinion on the Hilton Young report in regard to closer co-operation between Kenya, Uganda, and Tanganyika. Sir Samuel was accompanied by Ladv Wilson. They will be absent three months.
