A PARENT'S PROTEST.
The parents and many children who \iewed a screening of pictures on Tuesday evening, shown in aid of the dental «linie fund for Ponsonby schools, will find it- difficult to believe that the committee would consent to the type of picture presented. Many parents, I am sure, went home with feelings akin to disgust. One portion of the programme, presented by the New Zealand Publicity Department, was educative and interesting, but, as usual, it was accompanied by "slush" from America. The raising of funds to assist the pood work of the dental clinic 1 quite agree with. HOUSEHOLDER.
