OVER £5000 SUBSCRIBED,

DUNEDIN, this day.
Over £5000 has been subscribed for tba relief of the flood sufferers. Sanction has to be given to the Dunedin Savings Bank's proposed contribution of £5000. An application has been made to the Government for a grant of £3000.
