BIOGRAPH IN BARN.
FUSE PUT IN WITHOUT LICENSE,
(By Telegraph—Own Correspondent.) HAMILTON, Friday. An unusual prosecution was heard in the Hamilton Magistrate's Court to-day, when a biograph operator, Percy Allport, uf Piron<;ia, was charged that, not being ii registered electrical wireman or the holder of a provisional license, he did electric wiring work on certain premises by installing an electrical conductor in a safety device, a fuse on the premises of tlie Te Mawhai community barn. Ml". If. T. Cillies, who prosecuted, said I lie fane was a very serious one. The defendant prior to the commencement of a picture entertainment connected his biograpli machine in the Te Mawhai nail-with the wiring of the Te Awamutu /'ower Hoaf.l'H lines. Defendant was fined £2, and was ordered to pay £2 12/ costs.
