" r T^ 1 ® air temperature in February was 65.83 degrees, the highest being on February 28, 70.5. and the lowest on the 11th and 18th, 60 The average for February in the past IS years was 66.15. February 2S was the ®n!y day on which the temperature reached <0 degrees or upwards at 7 a.m.
