ROTORUA, Thursday. 5°^ ua „ bowli ng tournament was continued this afternoon. A most exciting finish occurred in the game between Merriman and Fraser in section B. On the sixteenth, tne last end by arrangement, Fraser scored one, necessitating an extra end, which went to Merriman for two. I" the deciding tie of section A, Hobbs. Christensen. Conder and Munro (Island Bay) met Sidler, Farley, Hayes and Rovlance (Rocky Nook) to see which shouid meet the winner of the eliminating round. Crawford v. Merriman, in the final. TWELFTH ANNUAL. REUNION. Over eighty bowlers took part in the Veterans' Bowling Association's twelfth annual reimrou on tiie Auckland Club's green yesterday. The gathering was a success in every way.
