The date for the by-election in (lie Bay of Islands electorate to fill the vacancy caused by the deci-iun of the Kiectoral Court, lias been fixed for Wednesday, April 10. As far as is known up to the present the only candidates wil lie Mr. 11. M. Rushworth. the unseated member, aid Mr. Allen Bell, the former member for the district.
