X A PIER, this day. In the Supreme Court to-dav William Charles Neville, for an indecent assault on boys, was sentenced to eighteen months hard labour, and Ernest Arthur Smoothey for indecent assault on a sirl to two years' hard labour.

James Humphreys, for perjury, vraa sentenced to three months' hard labour James Maxwell, for theft, was ordered to undergo reformative treatment far two years.
