DECREE NISI GRANTED.

SIX YEARS' SEPARATION. '•HE GAVE ME NO MONEY." A decree nisi was granted in the Supreme Court this morning in the divorce proceedings by Bernice Marion Taylor and Frederick George Taylor, of Auckland. The case was formally adjourned for three weeks pending arrangements by the parties as to the custody of the children. His Honor, Mr. Justice Blair, heard the case, Mr. Allan Moody appeared for the respondent and Mr. Matthews represented the petitioner. The petitioner said that she was married at Hobart in February, 1913. A week after the marriage they came to live in New Zealand. There were four children from the union, all girls. "My marriage was an unhappy one, ,, said Mrs. Taylor. "In February, 1923, there was a disturbance and that night 1 went to a friend's house. For six years my husband has not given me any money, and I have not lived with him since," said Mrs. Taylor. Costs were allowed on the lowest scale, as in a defended suit.
