His health is impaired and it is doubtful if he is able to continue. Mr. J. H. Thomas is likely to be faced with the formidable opposition of Mr. Arthur Henderson and Mr. J. R. Clynes, and has more enemies than friends. Mr. Philip Snowden i; respected but feared.
