CHARGE OF INDECENT ASSAULT,
"Cross-examination has destroyed the boy's evidence," said his Honor Mr. Justice Kennedy, in summing up on an indecent assault on a boy charge against Walter Joseph Brophy. The judge warned the jury that it would be dangerous to convict, and suggested a verdict of not guilty. After a retirement of half an hour, the jury returned a verdict of not guilty.
Mr. Allan Moogg rogreaeuted accused.
