Conclusive evidence has been obtained by the British Broadcasting Company that its- attempt* to educate adults by means of broadcast lectures are proving' a success. A million phamplets. to be used in conjunction with educational talk<. have been sold in the last twelve month-. These pamphlets, co-ting one pvitnv each, were forwarded in response to triplication by letter. ' Since educational bodies ruli-tv.i t!iaid of radio their membership ha* increased. One hundred and forty of listeners meet to hear the nrnjulca'-: lectures and afterwards discuss and debate them.
