HEAD STRUCK AGAINST POST. (By TelogTaph.—Press Association • IXA'ERCARGILL. Thursday. The deatb occurred early this morninjr of Robert Vernon Bissett, aged 17, of Makarewa. who wa» admitted to Southland Hospital yesterday, suffering from a fracture of the skull. It appears that he was thrown from his hor».e at Xorthope, ami struck his head heavilv a«ainst a po>t. An inquest concerning his death was opened to-day, and adjourned sine die.
