INDECENT ASSAULT CHARGE
The trial of Bertram O'Conner (Mr. Addison) on a charge of indecently assaulting a girl, aged 16 years, at Avundale on January 4, took place before -Mr. Justice Blair at the Supreme Court yesterday afternoon. Mr. Hubble prosecuted, and after hearing the evidence the jury returned a verdict of not guilty. . .
