A sequel to a recent collision on the Waihi Beach Koad between a motor delivery lorry driven by Frank Xeedham. and a service car, driven by Clarence Kennedy, of Waihi Beach was heard in the Police Court thiF morning, when Xeedham was charged by the police with dangerous driving T £ e . a ?cident occurred at a paint known as Devils Elbow." After hearing much evidence and inspecting the scene of the accident, the justices on the Bench said they had arrived at the conclusion that defendant had exercised reasonable care, and had not driven at an excessive speed. The case was dismissed.
