Dabblers in negatives are never happy. Codos of Don'ts have never really helped any "man or woman. Great affirmations beget great people, although the lesser can discover and repeat them' If you are unhappy, repeat "I shall be happy"if unhealthy, repeat "Health can be mine"; if you are depressed, cultivate optimism and affirm "I shall win"; if you are defeated and are in despair, say. "I am winning, and ihall win."
