China Linked By World-Wide Radio. SUCCESSFUL INAUGURATION (Australian and N.Z. Press Association.) (Received 0.30 A.m.) SHANGHAI, January It. China was linked to the western woiid by radio to-day with the inauguration of the Chinese Government radio worldwide communication service. Twenty-two important cities throughout the country were linked up to the central station in Shanghai. The inauguration messages exchanged between Shanghai and Xev. York were successful.
