FROZEN TO DEATH.
COLD WAVE IN CHICAGO. (Australian and NX- Presa Association.) CHICAGO, January 14. Three persona were frozen to death in Chicago yesterday. The coldest wav* of the season sent the thermometer down to ten degrees below zero in the city. In suburban towns much lower temperatures are reported. In several town* in Ontario 43 degrees below zero werA registered. Much suffering was caused in Chicago by the suddenness of the cold and the high winds. The Weather Bureau proinises relief to-day.
