Additional £35,000,000 Needed In Germany. TO COVES SEPARATIONS. (United Service.) (Kecclv.Ml O.::o a.m.) BERLIN, January 13. Drastically increased taxation for the IJ>J9-:JO Budget is foreshadowed. Income tax. liquor excise and death duties, it is said, will be heightened in order to cotvr the reparations demand for the fii>t normal working year of the Dawes plan. Tlw "VossiM-he Zeitunjr" , says £35,f>oo.ooo in adililional taxes must be ><]noexod out of the taxpayers. Economies in the traffic and l'eichswchr administrations may reduce this to £20.000,000.
