STILL MISSING.
YOUNG MAN FROM WAIHI. PARENTS STILL HOPEFUL. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) WAIHI, this day. The parents of the young man Thomas F. Tierney, who has been missing from his home at Mataura Valley since New Year's Eve, wish it to be known that there is no truth in the rumour that their son has been found at Te Aroha. They arc convinced that he is suffering from loss of memory, and has wandered into some out of the way camp or farm where it is possible he may be working. Residents of the Bay of Plenty and Whangamata districts are particularly asked to keep an eye out for the missing man.
