STAINS ON ALUMINIUM.
To remove the stains from the inside of aluminium saucepans, boil a weak solution of vinegar in them. Sliced lemons or apple parings can be used with equal success instead of the vinegar. Stains on the outside can be removed by rubbing with very fine steel wool, which can be bought in packets. and is made specially for the purpose.
