ANTWERP EXHIBITION.
A WORLD FAIR.
Since the New Zealand Government has decided to participate officially at the International Exhibition which is to be held at Antwerp in 1930 in celebration of Belgium's independence, it is of interest to know of the plans being made with regard to this World's Fair.
Although this World's Fair fa being orfanised to commemorate the oentenary of lelghim's independence, it has none the lees been, conceived in a spirit essentially commercial. Antwerp has, in faxjt, drawn up a. most interesting • programme, for this exhibition, its various sections, vis., colonies, shipping, and transport, relating exactly to what at the present time constitutes some of the most important factors '■ of economic life.
