ANGLICAN CHURCH.
CONFERENCE FAILS TO AGREE. (Received 10.30 a.m.) SYDNEY, this day. A conference of the bishops and laity of the Anglican Church has so far failed to agree on the new constitution for the Church in Australia. It is believed that the same principles as those which divided the clergy in England on the Prayer Book question are at issue.
