The Elleislie Club flew a race from Christchurch on Saturday, Mr. L. Bedford's b c Bfll Tride winning with a velocity of 1038.6 yds per minute. Results are :— Mr. L. G. Irving and Don's (Ss4yds), Mr. Porter's (S22yds), Mr. Chayman'g (756 yds). AVALON CLUB. The Avalon Club flew a race from Taumarunui, an airline distance of 144 miles, in fine weather. Messrs.
