JURY'S COMMENT IN THEFT CASE
(By Telegraph.—Press Association.)
WELLINGTON, Friday. A clerk, Georgo Ashton Ferguson, was found guilty in tho Supreme Court today of stealing electrical goods valued at £14 from an electrical company. The jury recommended that the greatest mercy be extended to Ferguson because of the lax business methods of the firm. Sentence was deferred until Monday.
