SEAMAN DISCHARGED.
A verdict of not guilty -was returned in the case in which William Roderick Fleming was charged with attempted breaking and entering, and of being a rogue and a vagabond. The jury came to its decision after visiting the premises where accused, a seaman who arrived in New Zealand only a few months ago by the motorahip Hauraki, was arrested on July 31 last.
