REFORM'S EXTRAVAGANCE.
MR. RICHARDS IN ROSKILL.
"The most extravagant Public Works Minister New Zealand has ever known," was the description applied to the Hon. K. S. Williams last night by Mr. A. S. Richards, Labour member for Roskill, when speaking in the open air. The sum of £100,000 had been wasted on relining tunnels in the north, he said, and many thousands of pounds were wasted as a result of the Minister's extravagant policy.
