The jury failed" to apree in the case in which Oswald Albert Dryland (Mr. VorThcroft) stood trial at the Supreme Court, before Mr. Justice Smith, on four charges of obscene exposure. . They returned after a retirement of four hours and a new trial was ordered. 1$ ?rp take place next Monday. . ~ - ,
