Pollard.—£6. Oats.—Algerian, 4/9; white, 4/8. Onions.—Victorian, brown, £18; silver■kins, £16. Potatoes. — Taemanian, £8 10/; Clarence River (new), £12. Adelaide prices are:— Wheat.—Growers' lots, 4/8% to 4/9. Flour.—Bakers' lots, £11 15/. Bran.—£6 10/. Pollard—£7 2/6. Oats.—3/3. MELBOURNE, thie day. Wheat parcels are quoted at 4/10 V& per bushel; flour, £12 2/6 to £12 7/6 per ton; bran, £6 5/; pollard, £6 5/; oats, milling, 3/6 to 3/7 per bushel; feed, 3/ to 3/3; maize, 4/3. SYDNEY WOOL SALES. For butter there is an improved demand. Danish, 198/ per cwt; choicest salted New Zealand, 174/ to 180/; Australian, 164/ to 168/; exceptional, 170/. Unealteds are scare. New Zealand, 186/ to 190/; Australian, 182/ to 184/. Cheese k easier. New Zealand, 105/ to 108/ per cwt; Australian, 104/. Australian eggs, 17/6 to 18/6, and a few 38/9. LONDON TALLOW MARKET. The New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Company hae received the following cable from its London house, dated October 31:— Wβ quote for the following descriptions of tallow, c.i.f. and e.:— Fine mutton, 43/6 per cwt; good beef, 44/3; mixed, 41/6.
