The whaling ship Nielsen Alonso sailed to-day for the Ross Sea, with 30 Tasmanians as seamen, including University undergraduates.
This is the ship's third trip to tli3 Antarctic. She will probably link up with Sir Hubert Wilkins' aerial expedition, and has taken supplies of oil and aeroplane parts for Sir Hubert
