PRISONS BOARD.
MR. JUSTICE REED PRESIDENT
(By Telegraph—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, Thursday. Mr. Justice Reed has been appointed president of the Prisons Board. The vacancy was caused by the death of Sir William Sim, who was appointed president in November last on the retirement from the Supreme Court Bench of Sir Walter Stringer.
