MACHINE LANDS IX LYALL BAY.

WELLIN GTOX, Wednesdav.

The Arro-Avian aeroplane, which wa3 assembled at Christchureh recently, arrived at Wellington from Blenheim at 12.15 p.m. to-day. The machine made a good landing at Lyall Bay.

MR. MILL IN DUHEWK.

(By Telegraph.—Press Association.) DUNEDIN, Wednesday. The Auckland airman, Mr. Douglas Mill, accompanied by Mr. Frank Milner, rector of the Waitaki Boys' High School, of which Mr. Mill is an old boy, arrived at Dunedin this morning in his Moth aeroplane. He made the trip from Waitaki school to Wingatui in 55 minutes.

Mr. Mill said the cost of the trip from Christchurch to Dunedin, carrying * passenger, was 28/.
