victory Sea Scout*. The following report comes from P. Gaddis, scribe for the Victory Sea Scouts: On Wednesday, September 20, 18 boys paraded under 6.M. Foote and First Mate W. Dean at Victory. Sea Scouts, Heme Bay. Private 6. McKandry was present and took some of :tbe boys for ambulance work, while the remaining portion were kept busily occupied with knotting, splicing, whippings, and lashings.
