RESTITUTION OF RIGHTS.
Two petitions for. the restitution of conjugal rights were before Mr. Justice Reed in the Supreme Court this morning. In each case an order for restitu-. tion within fourteen days was made. Betson Margaret Chalmers (Mr. Stevens) said she was married to David George -Chalmers at Oamaru on December 2, 1909. 7 Hef husband had left her on April 10 last. . She. had seen him several jimes and requested hini to return. Kathleen Louisa Dickesbn (Mr. Tong) was married to Thurstan Wyatt Dickeaon on October 27,- 1915: There Were three children of; the ' marriage. Her husband left her in May and would not return:
