| LABOUR PARTY'S MESSAGE. ELLINGTON, this dav. The following cable, relative to unemployment and to the case of Dominic Nolan, who died of starvation and exposure near Whangarei, has been sent to the '"Daily Herald,'' London, bv the National Executive of the New Zealand Labour party:— '"Nolan's statement contained"in his own letter. Unemployment prevailing throughout the country accentuated by Government's immigration policy, which lias necessitated opening of relief works bv Government and local authorities. (See New Zealand 'Hansard,' imprest supply debate, .Tune 20, this year.) Distress 111 all centres.
