Ahvard (Napier) are at the Central Hotel. Mr. and Mrs. W. H. J. Bailey (Melbourne). Mr. Del Averas (Damascus), Mr. M. Cohen (Palmerston North). Major H. Brown (London). Mr. and Mrs. S. R. Tondale (Bournemouth, England) are at the Hotel C'argen. Mr. W. J. Holds worth, chairman of the Auckland Electric Power Board, will leave for Wellington this evening, where he will attend meetings of the Local Bodies Loans Board and of the New Zealand Power Boards' Association. He will return to Auckland on Thursday morning. Among the passengers for Auckland by the Aorangi yesterday was Mr. J. A. Evans, managing director for Southard and Company, of London. Mr. Evans is making a tour of New Zealand, and was met on arrival by Mr. A. A. Paape, of Dunedin, who is acting as the visitor's, guide for part of the tour. , Mr. E. McLean and Captain J. B.
