. British Government Thanks Russia. REGARDING L 55 VICTIMS. (British Official Wireless.) (Received 12 noon.) , RUGBY, September. 0. The Norwegian Minister, Dr. Urbye, has expressed to M. Litvmoff, on behalf of the British Government, gratitude for the kindness, attention and assistance rendered by the Soviet authorities in connection with the removal of the bodies of British sailors who lost their lives in the submarine L 55, which was sunk in the Baltic nine years ago.
