UNEXPECTED WINDFALL. (Australian and N.Z. Press Association.! LONDON", September 9. The British Treasury has had an unoxppcted windfall of £1.000,000. This is in the form of death duties from the estate of the late Mr. James Oxlev, a retired tmnker, of Leeds, who died in Julv. His estate was worth £4,000,000.
