FORGERY ALLEGED.
JIAN WITH MANY ALIASES.
(By Telegraph.—Press Association.) GISBORNE, this day. George Edward Bellinger, alias Williams, alias Williamson, alias B&ker alias Barker, alias Gray, aged 25, who was recently sentenced to three months' imprisonment for theft at Taupo, again appeared in the Police Court to-day, charged with forging the name of John Lendick to a cheque on the National Bank at ifaungaturoto and uttering it to Cyril Powell on July 22 at Whangarei. H© was remanded to appear at Whangarei.
