SHAREMILKERS' ASSOCIATION. At the firct general meeting of the New Zealand Sharemilker*' Association, held on Thursday at Paeroa, the following officers were elected:—President, Mr. P. G. Shirley; treasurer, Mr. A. T. Bell•enretnry and organiser. Mr. A." J. G. Schmidt: executive, Messrs. A. McKinnon. E. Gaston, O. Ay sen, C. Mason, and A. T. Bell. Mr. Shirley; who had been chairman of the acting-committee. reported on the preliminary work which had been done prior to the a«sociation'« incorporation.
