" A Matter Of Business, Not Of Sentiment." VICE-ADMIRAL'S VIEWS. (Australian Press Assn.—United Service.) (Received 11.30 a.m.) VANCOUVER, August 23. Declaring that it was a matter of business and not of sentiment, ViceAdmiral Fuller, commanding the North American West Indies Squadron, in addressing the Canadian Club on Thursday, pleaded for the support of "an adequately Imperial Navy." when referring to the movement of Canadian commerce on the seaways of the world. He likened an adequate Navy to an insurance against fire.
